Selling a house is never easy and selling one that you have been in for 27 years is even harder. Judd came and did a visit to our home back in November 2019. Took a look at what we had updated in our home and listened to what we had plans to do next. He reviewed our "to do" list and gave us insight as to what was helpful to the sale and what really was not necessary. He touched base with us again after the first of the year and at that time we were shooting to list by the end of March. Then Covid hit and all plans were delayed. He kept touching base and kept us informed on what was happening with the real estate sector. In May, Judd set up a virtual staging consult with his staging group. Our final path was set to get ready for listing. Judd has the ability to sense when he needs to step in and guide and encourage with the selling process. Judd set a timeline in place for the listing process and open house. We collectively set a price that was realistic in today's market - not too low and not too high. We were fortunate that we had multiple bids and we benefited by Judd's negotiation skills. The whole process from start to finish went as smoothly as it possibly could. Judd respects that we were the homeowners right up until the closing.
